4. Phone calls, alerts and messages received as text messages on your mobile access device may incur charges from your mobile access service provider.  Voice, data, messaging, or other wireless carrier fees may apply.

 

Text Message Policy 

By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give Heritage Acceptance Corporation permission to send you account-related text messages, (like payment reminders, contact and update requests, and other notifications) in conjunction with servicing your account. 

 

  • The number of messages will vary by account. 
  • Message and data rates may apply. 
  • Some messages may be pre-recorded and/or automated.  
  • To opt-out, text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.  
  • To request support, text HELP to any text message we send you  or call (574) 522-9598
  • If your handset does not support MMS, any messages sent may be delivered as SMS messages. 
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
