A: We are here to help people reestablish their credit. We will finance customers with one prior repossession, provided it is 12 months old or older.
Q: Do you report to the credit bureau?
A: Yes, we report to TransUnion and Equifax each month.
Q: How long does it take to get an initial response on applications?
A: You will receive a response within 10 minutes.
Q: In which states do you do business?
A: Currently, we finance for dealers in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee.
Q: What are the terms of your loan structure?
A: Our max term is 56 months with a max financed of $15,275 plus tax and service contract. The interest rate starts as low 18.9% up to 24.9%.
Q: What fees do you charge?
A: Our fees include flat discounts based on amount financed (net of service contract). Please see the program guidelines for further details.
Q: What is HAC's funding time?
A: We offer same day funding, provided application and verifications are approved and funding packet is complete.
Q: What makes Heritage different from other lenders?
A: We guarantee funding for the amount you expect (provided the application has a final approval and the funding packet is complete). As a privately owned

A: We finance dependable, basic transportation. This includes current model year vehicles plus eight years, and up to 100,000 miles on select vehicles.
Q: Will you finance service contracts or other ancillary products?
A: We will finance Marathon Service Contracts. This is in addition to the $15,275 (plus tax) max listed above. We will also finance GAP if there is room under the max front end advance. We will not finance any other products (credit insurance, etching, etc.).
