Heritage is currently looking for top candidates for a Collection Assistant. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Word/Excel/Google Doc Skills

  • Ability to Type 50 wpm
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
  • Valid Drivers License

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Update individual charge off charts
  • Track monthly contests
  • Update and track weekly numbers
  • Type letters as needed
  • Monthly projects which include looking up and calculating data
  • Assist administrative collection processor with month end charge offs
  • Back up for administrative collection processor
  • Other duties as assigned
