  • To lead the cashier/receptionist, collection service representative and TCN processors by overseeing all aspects of their positions and to maintain accurate customer accounts, take customer payments, secure payment, and provide clerical assistance.


  • Maintain Credit Card Software and auto debits as needed
  • Data Entry
  • Corresponding with bank on NSF checks
  • Lead and assist team members
  • Monitor and assign tasks as needed
  • Ensure team members are following policy and procedures and adhering to the department guidelines
  • Make sure all team members job duties are fulfilled
  • Other tasks as needed or assigned


  • This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Hours may vary as needed and will include some Saturday hours.
